Christmas DIY

Christmas Cards

With some yardsticks, Mamie Jane’s shows you how to make this Christmas tree card holder.

I love this wreath card holder from Craftiness is Not Optional

I’ve seen this next idea done for mail storage, but with red or green paint, this is cute for displaying Christmas cards…idea from Diamond in the Stuff

Christmas Decor

This is a REALLY cute idea for a nontraditional advent calendar or Christmas countdown. You can find this book countdown from Jolly Mom.

I found this snowman wreath idea on Pinterest and it doesn’t link back to the original source. So cute!

This one was found on a Tumblr, so there are no instructions. However, I’m sure you can find the plastic “tree” shaped pieces from Michaels or Hobby Lobby. Then thick green yarn or string is wrapped around. You could attach the pompoms with hot glue.

This one is for the Star Wars geeks fans! A Death Star ornament made from LEGOS. Chris McVeigh has an instructional tutorial and link to what LEGO parts you would need. He also shows you how to make the Millennium Falcon!

Christmas Treats

Meet the Dubiens blog shows these cute Rudolph sugar cookies

One of my favorite blogs to find ideas and printables for my students is Living Locurto. I LOVE this melting snowman cookie idea. Amy shows you how to make the cookie in a 4 part tutorial! Amy got the idea from The Decorated Cookie Blog.
