For dinner I spruced up a sandwich with some parmesan basil mayonnaise.
- 3 tablespoons low fat mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons low fat plain yogurt (I used greek yogurt)
- 2 tablespoons fresh chopped basil
- 2 tablespoons shaved parmesan
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Mix all ingredients in a bowl together. Done! We paired this mayo with turkey, tomato, and mozzarella (which goes well with basil). It was DELICIOUS! AR said the mayo made the sandwich the best I’ve ever made!!
